1. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours or before the order status changes to “Processing.”

• Refunds for cancellations will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Return Policy

• We do not accept returns.

3. Exchange Policy

• Exchange allowed once per order within 7 days of delivery for size issues only.

• Product(s) must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and not purchased on sale or custom altered.

• Customer bears return shipping cost unless otherwise agreed.

• Exchange is processed only after receiving and passing product quality check.

4. Sale Items

• No exchanges or returns on sale/discounted products, coupon purchases, or gift voucher purchases.

5. International Orders

• No cancellation, return, or exchange for international orders.

• Import charges may apply depending on destination country regulations.
