1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours or before the order status changes to “Processing.”

Refunds for cancellations will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Exchange Policy

Exchange allowed once per order within 7 days of delivery for size issues only.

Product(s) must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and not purchased on sale or custom altered.

Customer bears return shipping cost unless otherwise agreed.

Exchange is processed only after receiving and passing product quality check.
4. Sale Items

No exchanges or returns on sale/discounted products, coupon purchases, or gift voucher purchases.
5. International Orders

No cancellation, return, or exchange for international orders.
