Welcome to Apara. By accessing and purchasing from our website, you agree to abide by the following terms:

1. General

• Products displayed are subject to availability.

• We reserve the right to modify prices, product details, and policies without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed upon successful payment.

• For COD orders, failure to accept delivery may result in COD service restrictions for future purchases.

3. Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the status changes to "Processing," whichever is earlier.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• We do not accept returns.

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for size issues only, subject to our Exchange Policy.

5. Sale Items

• All sale, discounted, coupon, and gift voucher purchases are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs, photographs, and content on our site are the property of Apara and cannot be used without permission.

7. Governing Law

• These terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of India.
